Add rhinestone texture: Create a new layer above the rhinestone shapes and draw a circle using the Ellipse Tool.Remove unwanted elements: To remove any stray or unwanted circles, select the Magic Wand Tool and click on any unwanted circle or group of circles.This step creates a series of small circles that represent the rhinestones.
